What is Flat Roller Crusher

The Flat Roller Crusher is suitable for coarse and medium crushing of brittle blocky materials in industries such as cement, chemical industry, power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, and coal mines. It has a large feed particle size and adjustable discharge particle size, and can crush materials with compressive strength ≤160MPa.

The Flat Roller Crusher crushes the material by falling through the feed opening into the space between the two rollers for extrusion crushing, and the finished material falls naturally. When encountering hard or unbreakable materials, the rollers of the roller crusher can automatically retreat under the action of the hydraulic cylinder or spring, increasing the roller gap, allowing the hard or unbreakable materials to fall, thereby protecting the machine from damage.
